- NA Pron: AX246279AX, NSN: 3110-00-625-0114, PN: 204-040-143 -1, Quantity 229 each with 100% option per year exercisable for two years applicable to UH-1 Airframe Unit. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX and Stockton, CA . This part mus t be acquired from a manufacturing source(s)specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the currentversion of DoD-STD-100. The approved sources for this requirement are Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (97499) and MRC Bearings (38443 ). The required delivery is 229 each 360 Days After Contract Award. First Article Test Report due 228 Days After Contract Award. When first Article is not applicable the required delivery is 229 each 240 Days After Contract Award. When Alternate II clau se is recommended the required delivery is 229 each 300 Days After Contract Award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for s olicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessi ng the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
