- Market Survey ? XPS (X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy) The US Army TACOM-ARDEC is conducting a market survey to identify potential contractors capable of providing one or more of the following equipment: 1) XPS (X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy) 2) For the study and analysis of surfacecs. Interested firms who feel that they are capable of supplying any of the above equipment are invited to indicate their interest by providing specifications, brochures, and/or drawings within two weeks of the date of this notice to US Army TACOM-ARDEC, ATTN: Brett Reddingius, AMSTA-AR-WEE, Bldg. 3022, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, email bredding@pica.army.mil. Any technical questions that you may have, the POC is Brett Reddingius at (973) 724-6725. In addition, please provide the company?s name, address, point of contact with telephone number and email address, size of business (small/large) and country represented. This is a market survey for information only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the US Government. The US Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. The information you provide will only be utilized by the US Army in developing its acquisition approach for future equipment buys.
