- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Provide management community capacity training for the following Family Support Centers, Peterson and Schriever AFB, Buckley AFB, F.E.Warren AFB, Malstrom AFB, Patrick AFB, Vandenberg AFB, Los Angeles AFB, and MAJCOM. Plan, prepare and conduct three-day training seminars for Family Support Center (FSC) staffs and Integrated Delivery System ( IDS) teams. The training will be coordinated with Command leadership and base personnel but is to include approximately 2 days of FSC staff training and one-day of separate consultation and training with IDS team members. The training seminar will address strategies and best practices for building community capacity in Air Force communities. The training seminar will be designed to be highly interactive using a combination of large and small group formats. A key training objective will be to identify information, skills, and tools required by FSC staffs to implement community capacity building strategies.
