- J. REPAIR SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL: The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish commercial LSP REPAIR of the First Stage Fan Blade applicable to the F110-100 Engine. The OUTPUT NSN is 2840-01-477-9577PR, P/N 9531M21P17/18; The INPUT NSN is 2840-01-191-1895PR, P/N 9531M21P04/08/11/12/15/16. Quantity is 2,455 ea and delivery is required at the rate of 400 blades per month beginning 30 days after contractor receipt of parts and contract. Deliveries to Tinker AFB OK 73145. The Laser Shock Peen (LSP) repair is proprietary to General Electric Engine Services, Cincinnati OH and they are the only qualified source. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the one qualified source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this acquisition make contact with the firm listed above. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the acquisition are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation F34601-02-Q-49302 will be issued to GE Engine Services as soon as possible with a closing date of 28 June 2002. See Note 22.
