- Description
- This project consists of excavation, removal of cut asphalt, repair of fill failures, placement of pitrun and crushed aggregate, placement of earthwork geotextiles, culvert installations, installation of blind drain, placing asphalt over new culvert installations, asphalt deep patching, asphalt skin patching, endhaul of excess excavation, seeding without mulch, and fog line striping. The project is located on the Hebo Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Lincoln County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. A Bid Guarantee is required, the successful contractor shall also be required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) prior to start of work. Contract time is 45 calendar days. Estimated start work date is August 26, 2002. This solicitation is a Total Hubzone set-aside. (The solicitation packet will be posted in FedBizOpps on or about July 15, 2002.)
