- THIS REQUIREMENT IS HEREBY CANCELLED. The William J. Hughes Technical Center is soliciting offers for preparation of a requirements document in support of the Flight Standards System Safety Approach to Safety Oversight (SASO)program. It is anticipated that a cost plus fixed fee contract will be awarded. The period of performance will be 4 months and offerors will be required to submit acceptable resumes for senior systems analysts and for a junior system analyst to be considered for award. This requirement is set-aside exclusively for competitive award among socially and economically disadvantaged businesses expressly certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a)program. The NAICS code is 54170 - 500 employees. The FAA's Screening Information Request (SIR) will be posted on this web page on or about June 24, 2002. Offerors are required to download the SIR from the web page. SIRs will not be mailed. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JUN-2002).
