- The Department of Defense, TRICARE Management Activity has a requirement to procure managed care support services. The purpose of this special notice is to inform interested parties that the TRICARE solicitation website at http://www.tricare.osd.mil/contracting/healthcare/solicitations/ for solicitation MDA906-02-R-0006, is established for registration. By registering, interested parties will receive information (such as issue date of the solicitation) via email. Parties who register as a potential offeror will also be placed on the solicitation mailing list, which is available to the public.
