- GSA SEEKS INFORMATION ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE IN SEATTLE, WASHINGTON AMOUNT: Approximately 7,700 useable square feet of space. LOCATION: North of James Street, South of Pine Street, East of Alaskan Way, and West of I-5 freeway. All properties within this area including new construction will be considered. REQUIREMENTS: Specific services, supplies, and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease term will be for ten (10) years with five (5) years firm.
