- Sidewalks, Robert A. Grant Federal Courthouse, South Bend, Indiana. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment to effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily replace the sidewalks on the west and north sides of the Robert A. Grant Federal Courthouse. This procurement is open to all business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235710 with a size standard of $12 Million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation via the Electronic Posting System (EPS), http://www.eps.gov, on or about Friday, July 12, 2002. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and drawings. It is also the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be Monday, August 12, 2002, 2:00 PM CST.
