- Description
- The following services are to be procured on a firm fixed price contract. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for Firing Range Cleanings per scope of work, reference BATF Request for Quote No. RFQ020070. This procurement is a small business set aside. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. All interested parties must submit a quote by July 9, 2002. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specifications. The successful Offeror must meet the following criterias: technical capability and best value to the government. Any technical questions must be submitted in writing, sent by fax and answers will be made no later than 4:30 PM closing date of publication. No further questions can be asked after the closing date. Awardee must complete a SF-3381, ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form, for payment via Electronic Funds Transfer, (EFT), and be certified by the Central Contractor Register by the closing date of this request. Quotes will be accepted by mail or facsimile machine (202) 927-8688, Attn: Angel Matthews-Warren. No Telephone requests or inquiries will be accepted.
