- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, tasking required to conduct an Advanced Avionics Technology Survey, using Perseus "Survey Solutions" software, maintenance of a website for data collection, and data analysis. This requirement is sole sourced to Valere Consulting LLC based on their extensive experience working with NAVAIR Science and Technology Networks and in performing strategic planning critical to the future of Naval Aviation. Any firms believing that they can provide this service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. Submittals must clearly show the firm's ability to perform without compromising the integrity of the program or causing programmatic hardship.
