- This procurement replaces Solicitation Number 02-SP-40-6170.This procurement is being procured in accordance with Parts 13.5 and 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation under full and open competition. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request For Proposals that includes refurbishing the generator and turbine. The offeror selected to perform this work may be required to design, manufacture, deliver, and install a new core and/or frame. The offeror selected shall be required to design, manufacture , deliver, and install a new armature winding. The offeror selected will need to refurbish the generator rotor, and will need to replace the turbine stationary wear rings, and replace wicket gate bushings.
