The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the repair and/or modification, test, packing and packaging and return to the government in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract, the line items of Air Force equipment listed below. A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated for One Year, plus Three (3) One-year options for CLIN's 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004. The items and estimated quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN: 6680-01-350-8048, P/N: 10074-0101, Noun: Indicator, Liq. Qty., Application: C-130 Aircraft, Qty: Basic year - 59 each, Option I - 53 each, Option II 54 each, Option III 54 each. CLIN 0002: NSN: 6680-01-224-7271, P/N: 10040-5000-0101, Noun: Indicator, Liq. Qty., Application: C-130 Aircraft, Qty: Basic year - 66 each, Option I - 59 each, Option II 59 each, Option III 59 each. CLIN 0003: NSN: 6680-01-350-8049, P/N: 10073-0101, Noun: Indicator, Liq. Qty.: C-130 Aircraft, Qty: Basic year - ? each, Option I ? each, Option II ? each, Option III ? each. CLIN 0004: NSN: 6680-01-220-4090, P/N: 10040-1000-0101, Noun: Indicator, Liq. Qty.: C-130 Aircraft, Qty: Basic year - 68 each, Option I 65 each, Option II 56 each, Option III 56 each. CLIN 0005: Over and Above Work, as required. CLIN 0005: Data Reporting (G009 IAW DD Form 1423 & Appendix B). This solicitation is to obtain requirements type repair contract with 100% contractor furnished material. The approximate issue/response date will be 09 AUG 2002. Deliveries are to be 30 days after receipt of order and repairables. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
