- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q0266 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 235510 and the small business size standard is $12.0 Million for this acquisition. The estimated dollar value of this project is less than $25,000. This action will be pursued as a small business set aside. This procurement consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the Flight Tower Window Installation project at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing thermopane window and replacing new thermopane window as indicated. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The listed FAR clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. All FAR Clauses may be viewed in full text by reviewing the Federal Acquisition Regulation Table of Contents via the Internet at http://www.arnet.gov/far/current/html/toc.html#52. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the FedBizOpps website, www.eps.gov. (Paper copies will not be released) It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any).
