- Description
- Contractor shall provide Bronze Flat Marker, F.O.B. Origin, for the period October 1, 2002 (or date of contract award) through September 30, 2003 (Base year) with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30,2007. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 331525 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accomplanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five dollars , ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference Solicitation Number IFB 786-71-02 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about July 03, 2002. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE, from VA's Business Opportunities System via the Internet at the following URL address on or about July 03, 2002: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation? number=786-71-02. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
