- Description
- The Muskogee VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, Oklahoma is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Sharing Agreement for RADIOLOGY SERVICES, to be performed in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on a per-procedure basis. The RFP will be issued on or about July 5, 2002, and is due back August 2, 2002. Services shall be required for a base year with four (4) option years. Technical information will be required as part of the RFP. No telephone request for the solicitation shall be accepted. Only written requests received by mail of fax directly from the requestor shall be accepted. The government is not responsible for the quality of faxed material. Fax number is 918-680-3852.
