- 5340-01-034-5222, SWING BOLT ASSEMBLY for ATON Buoys. Material: Stainless Steel, Type 316. All to be made in accordance with drawing 52100-121102 Revision E, with the following exception: Item 4 (Clevis Pin) and Item 5 (Cotter Pin) are not required. Dimensional tolerance is +/- 1/32 inch except washer thickness. Certificate of Conformance required on material. Quantity per box shall not exceed 250 items. Pre production sample required for first time suppliers. Quantity: 4217 AY. Each unit is to be individually packaged in accordance with ASTM D3951. Each unit is to be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129N. Bar coding in accordance ANSI/AIM BC 1 is required. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Warehouse Annex, Columbia Md. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332722 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All responsive and responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The department of Transportation (DOT), short-term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
