Description

The US Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division, intends to contract for temporary off-ship berthing for the USCGC MUSTANG (WPB 1310) for the period of 18 AUGUST 2002 to 05 OCTOBER 2002. Cutter will be dry docked at ISC KETCHIKAN, Ketchikan, AK 99901. Berthing shall be in accordance with MLCP Standard Specification 641.002.STD. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Attention: Minority Women Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, The Department of Transportation (DOT), office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
