- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), reference number ACB-02-Q-0035. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-07. This RFQ is for radio tower maintenance to be performed at six locations in Paulding , OH, Millington, MI,- Ithica, MI, Norwalk, OH, Marysville, MI and Pinconning, MI. Work consists of the following tasks: Prepare and color paint towers to FAA/ICAO standards, retension guy wires, replumb towers, installation of lightning rods and relamping. See schedule of work attached for specific details. All services performed are subject to the provisions of the Service Contract Act of 1965, as amended. Service Contract Act Wage Determinations which are applicable are 1994-2275 rev 17, 1994-2189 rev 15, 1994-2273 rev 24, and 1994-2415 rev 22. Quotes will be accepted on an all or none basis as the vendor must be able to provide all of the services requested at each location identified in order to receive consideration.
