- 100% Small Business Set-Aside This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The solicitation is published in FedBizOpps as the same day as the synopsis. Mussigbrod Fire and Butler-Sawpit Invasive Plant COntrol project. Project objectives are to spray, monitor and map noxiuos weeds and invasive plants on (a) approximately 1200 acres of wildfire impacted ground, (b) approximately 400 acres in Butler-Sawpit clearcuts, (c) approximately 22 miles of roads South of Highway 43, (d) approximately 2.2 miles of dozer line. Period of performance for the base period is July 20, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with 2 additional option years. The successful quoter must provide proof that they meet the State of Montana certification and application requirements for the use and application of requirements for the use and applications of Restricted Use herbicides and must hold a current Montana Commercial Pesticide Applicators License. This project is restricted to small business concerns. A scheduled Site Visit is set for July 8, 2002 at 10:00am.
