- Description
- The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), intends to issue a sole/preferred source contract to the company Spectir Spectral Technology and Innovative Research Corporation. The procurement is for collection of hyperspectral data using a full range optically stabilized sensor. The contract will be a firm fixed price, FOB destination and is being handled as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. . The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 532411.
