- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-152-6467, YPG02102000299, Support, Structural Component, Aircraft, in accordance with (See Solicitation for approved sources), this is a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a base year and a 100% quantity option. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does have an ?Export Control? Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Technical Data will only be released to contractors? authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. CERTIFIED REQUESTORS SHOULD SUBMIT TDP REQUESTS TO DSCR-VABA VIA INTERNET, MAIL, FAX OR PHONE. INTERNET ADDRESS IS HTTP://WWW.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD (ALL IN LOWER CASE, PLEASE). IF CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED, REQUEST A DD FORM 2345, MILITARY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT, FROM DEFENSE LOGISTICS SERVICES CENTER, DLSC-FBA, FEDERAL CENTER, BATTLE CREEK, MICHIGAN 49017-3084. TECH DATA PACKAGE AVAILABILITY: A BOEING "RIGHTS GUARD" PROTECTED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE (TDP) EXISTS FOR THIS NSN. TO REQUEST A COPY OF THE TDP, A COMPLETED DSCR FORM P42, CERTIFICATION FOR THE USE OF RIGHTS GUARD TECHNICAL DATA, MUST BE SUBMITTED TO: DEFENSE SUPPLY CENTER RICHMOND, ATTN: DSCR-VAB (RIGHTS GUARD PROGRAM), RICHMOND, VA 23297-5615. DSCR intends to award a firm-fixed price type contract for this item. This requirement is Unrestricted. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The base year quantity is 100. An award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item. FOB at Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 008 applies.
