Description

Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform law enforcement services for Cavalier AFS, ND as described in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be done in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and will be based on Performance Price Trade-Off. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The basic period will be from 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 with four option years. In accordance with FAR 19.1305(a) and based on the expectation of receiving more than one offer, this acquisition will be restricted to those contractors who are HUBZone certified. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 7381. The size standard for this acquisition is $10.5 million. Once issued, offerors must review the solicitation to determine offer eligibility. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. We anticipate an issuance date of 22 May 2002. This solicitation will only be available by downloading the solicitation file at website http://www.eps.gov. To access, go to: EPS for vendors, USAF, Air Mobility Command, and 319 CONS. No paper copies or CD-ROM's will be issued. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered for award.
