- <center><b>REQUEST FOR INFORMATION</b></center> This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Johnson Space Center (NASA/JSC) is hereby soliciting information for potential sources for Document Management Software for the International Space Station Program. This synopsis is for planning and information purposes only and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited hereunder. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. It is the potential offerors' responsibility to monitor these cites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. <br><u>INFORMATION BEING REQUESTED:</u> 1 Interested offerors/vendors having the required specialized capabilities to meet the attached requirements should submit a capability statement of 15 pages or less indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described herein. Offerors are also required to complete the matrix in the Requirements Checklist. The matrix is not included in the 15 page limit. 2. Interested parties shall provide references from three aerospace or government clients that have implemented your system. Include company name, address, and person to contact with title and phone number. Each reference should have an environment similar to that of ISS. Also indicate the hardware and software systems that the company is using. <u>TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION:</u> Please see attached Requirements Checklist for a list of technical requirements. This checklist is to be completed and returned in addition to the capability statement as described above. An Acronym List is attached for your reference. <u>GENERAL INFORMATION:</u> Vendors may be requested to demonstrate products discussed in their response to this RFI at a later date. The Government reserves the right to determine the necessity of such demonstrations. Questions regarding this RFI are to be directed in writing to Michelle Diefenderfer, Contract Specialist, at <u>michelle.diefenderfer1@jsc.nasa.gov</u>. Questions must be submitted no later than <br><b>4:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, June 27, 2002</b>. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based on responses hereto. <u>RESPONSES DUE:</u> Responses are due no later than <b>4:00 p.m. CST on July 9, 2002</b>.
