- Description
- GSA Seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7500 rentable square feet in Casper, Wyoming. The space must be contiguous on the second floor or above. Rentable space must yield approximately 6525 usable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, must not lie within the 100-year flood plain, and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state, and federal levels as they may apply. Such space shall be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2002. The government is seeking a lease term of 10 years with 5 years firm. The initial tenant will be the Department of Energy. Space offered must be located within the following delineated area: Within the City Limits of Casper.
