- The Government intends to award a contract under the Simplified Aquisition Procedures. The Solicitation Number is M00681-02-T-0296 and this is a request for Quote (RFQ). The services are for; Item 0001. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to collect and dispose of recyclable grease, clear and rough, to include spent frying fats, at various locations aboard MCB, Camp Pendleton, Ca. for the period of 01 July 2002 (or date of award) through 30 June 2003 with the option to extend three additional one year periods. The provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-23 and DAC 91-13. This is a 100% small business set-aside under simplified acquisition procedures, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 562998. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be cons idered by the agency. All contractors submitting a quote are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration database to be considered for award. Award date is anticipated by 01 July 2002. Quotes are due by June, 27 2002. 4:00 P.M. PST and may be sent by mail or faxed. Offers sent via US Postal Service should be mailed to the Regional Contracting Office, P. O.
