- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor intends to procure a firm fixed price contract set aside for small business concerns for the purchase and installation of interchangeable, modular skate ramp equipment for 4 skate parks to be located at four (4) different sites in the State of Hawaii. Three of these sites will be on the Island of Oahu and the fourth will be on the Island of Kauai. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this procurement will be available on or about 22 July 2002. You can download the solicitation from this website when it is posted. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available.
