- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to post a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an A76 Commercial Activity (CA) Study for industry comments on or about Tuesday, June 25, 2002. The PWS is for the acquisition of Training Development Support (TD&S) services for the Naval Air Maintenance Training Group (NAMTRAGRU) Headquarters located at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL and their ten detachments in various locations within the United States. The applicable NAICS code is 541611. The Draft PWS will be available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil.
