- The pre-solicitation notice for N00140-02-R-2907 posted on 3 June 2002 identified the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size standard as 541512 and $21M, respectively. This notice hereby serves to change the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size standard for this requirement to 541511 and $21M, respectively. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. The Government expects to release the solicitation within the next two weeks. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP.
