- Description
- The work includes pavement demolition, placement of new pavement and base, bituminous overlay, roadway patch repair, storm drainage structures and piping, site grading, and incidental related work at the Naval Security Group Activity, Sugar Grove, WV. The approximate solicitation release date is July 7, 2002. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view PDF files, can be downloaded from the Adobe website. Inquires about plans and specs shall be directed to: Page Neale, (757) 847-7958. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from the NAVFAC E-Solicitation website. The estimated cost range is between: $250,000 to $500,000. The North American Industry Classification Code is 234110 and the size standard is $28.5 million dollars. This solicitation is NOT set aside for small business. This is a firm fixed price contract. In accordance with the provisions of DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL REGISTRATION, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in the CCR database on part of the offerors will make an offeror ineligible for award.
