Description: The US Naval Hospital Guam has a requirement for the following: (a)PT-FIBRINOGEN, 10X8 MI; (b) APTT-C KITS ACTIVATED PARTIAL THROMBOPLASTIN TIME, 10X8MI; (c) CAL PLASMA 10X1ML; (d) NORMAL CONTROL, 10X1ML; (e) LOW ABNORMAL, 10X1ML; (f) HIGH ABNORMAL 10X1ML; (g) ROTORS 100/PG; (h) PRINTER PAPER, THERMAL 4 ROLLS/PG; (i)SAMPLE CUPS 5ML. Items are perishable. Delivery is required to Naval Hospital Guam beginning 04 Oct 02. Period of performance will be 01 Oct 02 thru 30 Sep 03 with one (1) Option Year.
