Acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis to Abbott Labs and/or their authorized distributor for Guam. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition will be utilized. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
