Description

The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam has a requirement for the following: C/N: 44005800, Reagent Rental Program, includes: One (1) Bactec 9050 Analyzer; 100 bottles per month, 50 AEROBIC MEDIA and 50 ANAEROBIC MEDIA. Delivery Schedule: Fifty (50) bottles delivered on 02 OCT, 05 NOV, 03 DEC, 02 JAN, 04 FEB, 04 MAR, 01 APR, 01 MAY, 03 JUN, 01 JUL, 05 AUG, AND 02 SEP. Installation and training services for the BACEC 9050 Analyzer. Additional 50 bottles per month, 15 Aerobic media, 15 Anaerobic media and 20 Pediatric media. Freight charge through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Mandatory Serivce Contract for 12 months to include Service Tech visit and PM'S, airfare and lodging. Period of performance: 01 OCT 02 thru 30 SEP 03 with a two year option. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition will be utilized. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
