- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to complete a streamlined cost comparison pursuant to OMB Circular A-76 of all operations at the Columbia Basin Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, Moses Lake, Washington. The cost comparison will be completed by September 30, 2002. This synopsis is issued for informational purposes only. Should the cost comparison result in the Government in-house cost estimate being above the range of contract cost estimates, a solicitation will be issued on or about October 31, 2002.
