- NA This acquisition is for a firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Job Order Construction Contract (JOC) for real property maintenance and repair and minor construction projects at Fort Riley for Residential and Non-Residential Facilities. The time frame is f or one base year and nine (9) 12-month option periods. The estimated price of this project is more than $10,000,000. The solicitation will be released under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 233320, Commercial and Institutional Buildi ng Construction and Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 1542, General Contractors-Non-residential Buildings, Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses with a size standard of $27.5M and 233220, Multifamily Housing Construction, SIC 1522 General Contractors -Residential Buildings, Other Than Single-Family with size standard of $170M. The proposed contract is a 100% small business set-aside. The proposed contract includes real property maintenance and repair and minor construction projects at Fort Riley for both Residential and Non-Residential Facilities, and Army/Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) and other non-appropriated fund facilities on the installation. The Job Order Contract will, in addition include real property maintenance and repair and minor co nstruction projects for Army Reserve, Army National Guard Units, and other Federal and local government facilities who may be willing to partner with us. A draft solicitation will be issued on or about July 24, 2002. Industry is encouraged to submit ques tions to improve the understanding of Government requirements and interest of potential offeror?s. A final solicitation will be issued on or about 09 September 2002.
