- NA This solicitation is for the rental of fully integrated optical copier, scanner, facsimile, and printer desktop office machines for use in military field exercise environments. The machines must include flatbed scanning and copying technology. Also, they must provide walk-up facsimile capability with a minimum connect speed of 14.4 Kbps. Minimum copy speed 6 ppm. Minimum scanning speed 6 seconds per page. Minimmum print resolution 600 dpi with 12 - 15 ppm print speed. In addition, the are peripheral e quipment requirements such as requirements for parallel and USB print sharing devices, extra toner cartridges and other minor items. Estimated usuage is approximately 15 - 18 rental events per year with an average of 18 days duration per rental event and an average of 15 machines per rental event. Historical rental event quantities of similar machines vary from 1 - 30+ machines with 2 - 28 days duration per event. Total estimated requirments per year are approximately 4050 machine rental days.
