- NA This action was originally publicized in FedBizOpps dated 05/21/2002 and was previously amended in FedBizOpps dated 5/30/2002. Revision 01: Interested firms must provide submittals to the address, previously cited in the original synopsis, not later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 08 July 2002. Addition 01: All pages of the submission (excluding blank pages, or pages part of the Standard Form 254, or the CADD compatibility CD ROM) will be considered part of the SF 255 and counted toward its 125-pag e limit. Addition 02: Each side of a page larger than an 8 1/2 X 11, but not exceeding an 11 X 17, sheet of paper (unless blank) will be counted as 2 pages towards any applicable page limit. Pages larger than 11 X 17 (unless blank) may be counted as more than 2 pages toward any applicable page limit at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Addition 03: Font size no smaller than 10-pt is desired.
