- NA this requirement is sole source to Cartwright Electronics, incorporated CEI, Fullerton, CA. 92632-2104 for a basic and four years of options for aerial, aerial gunnery and ground targetry scoring services. The aerial targetry flies at altitudes of 2,000 to 5,000 meters above sea level and at near MACH 1 speeds. Services to be provided include: Basic on site scoring, CONUS/OCONUS scoring, scoring hardware and its maintenance, operational field repairs, scoring engineering services and the operation and mana gement of a government owned, contractor operated GOCO facility at ft. bliss, tx. approximately 30% of the solicited services required doppler scoring and hardware. cei is the only known source that possesses the knowledge and expertise necessary to provid e aerial scoring equipment with proven doppler capability. years four and five of the proposed contract make provision for a phase out effort, should other methodologies prove successful and supportable, not only for the array of target systems, but for th e numerous tri-service weapon systems being scored. some of the target systems included are: mqm-107, bqm-34, qh-50, quh-1, 1/5 scale rotary and fixed wing, ir tow, awss, foreign and domestic tracked vehicles. suggest that small business firms or others in terested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm listed. see numbered note 22. u.s. army aviation and missile command, acquisition center, bldg 5303, redstone arsenal, al 35898-5280
