- NA PRON: AX246252AX, NSN: 1615-01-307-0158, PN: 7-311527003 -13, Quantity 48 each min/249 each max. This will be a three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. F.O. B. Origin with deliveries to Texa rkana, TX. This is a restricted requirement to, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613) and Fenn Manufacturing Co. (82001) This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. T he required delivery when First Article is applicable is 37 each 420 Days After Contract Award. The First Article Test Report is due 268 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery without First Article Testing is 37 each 280 Days After Contrac t Award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for t his acquisition. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR informat ion.
