Description
Synopsis: This is a SOLE SOURCE fixed-price spares buy for 6 EA Radio Set Controls NSN 5821-01-454-8454, P/N 902229-846 applicable to the ARC-187. Delivery is due on or before 31 Dec 02. The approximate solicitation post date is __08 July 02__. Proposal will be due approximately on or before 08 Aug 02. Late proposals WILL NOT be accepted unless prior discussion before the proposal due date has occurred between the Contractor and PCO. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage code Number, Size of Business pursuant to NAICS 334220, 750 employees. Sole Source to: Raytheon Company, CAGE 37695. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
