- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair of the following: NOUN Centrifugal Clutch Assy, NSN 1615-00-808-0746, PN 878131, applicable KC-135 aircraft. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
