- REPAIR F108 HIGH PRESSURE TURBINE SHROUD, STAGE 1 LOW PRESSURE TURBINE NOZZLE ASSEMBLY ? MODULE #12. One-year requirements contract with 4 one-year options is contemplated. Item 0001: Input NSN 2840-01-139-2420PN, P/N: 9995M27G01/03 and/or NSN 2840-01-189-2924PN, P/N 9995M27G04 and/or NSN 2840-01-306-5518PN, P/N 9995M27G05, Output NSN 2840-01-306-5518PN, P/N 9995M27G05. Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ): Basic - 5 each, Option I - 13 each, Option II ? 13 each, Option III? 13 each, Option IV ?12 each. Item 0002: Input/Output NSN 2840-01-455-0358PN, P/N 9995M27G06. BEQ: Basic ? 1 each, Option I - 1 each, Option II ? 1 each, Option III? 1 each, Option IV ?1 each. Applicable to: CFM 56-2B/F108 engines; KC-135R aircraft. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: Item 0001 and 0002: Not to exceed (NTE) 3 each per month starting 45 days ARO and receipt of reparables. Repair consists of rework/repair HPT Shroud/Stage 1 Nozzle Assembly; clean, inspect, rework/modify to upgrade the HPT distributor and HPT shroud supports for a G05 or G06 assembly. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 and 0002. The approximate issue date is 15 Jul 2002 and the estimated response date will be 15 Aug 2002.
