F9SGLS20860100-This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation, The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Pyxis Corporation, 9380 Carroll Park Drive, San Diego, CA 92121, Cage Code OYKK5), under the authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Lease/Maintenance of Pyxis Connect System for 26 Scanners, 6 Order Entry Stations, 1 Server, CLIN 0002: Maintenance Contract for 60 Months, for the 59th Medical Wing, Inpatient Pharmacy, Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX 78236. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement requested. Offerors must complete Representations and Certifications if not already on file with this office, and must be registered in the Government Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program. An official separate request for quotation (RFQ), or request for proposal (RFP), will not be provided incidental to this announcement. All interested parties may be submit their offers via Fax, e-mail, or, US Postal System. The Government will consider all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Award will be based on conformance to the conditions of the requirement, evaluation of price, responsibility of offeror, and the overall best value to the Government, in terms of, technical capability, price, delivery, and special features. (1) Must be able to eliminate the use of fax machine (2) Must be able to prioritize STAT orders (3) Must be able to store orders electronically for easy retrieval.
