- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information include in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F22600-02-T-0015 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-07 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice 20020531 This acquisition is unrestricted all responsible sources may submit a proposal or quotation which shall be considered. The Government intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Boston Scientific, Quincy, MA, because there are no other known sources for this requirement.
