- Description
- VA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips Medical Systems for Preventative Maintenance of a Philips BH 5000 Cath Lab located at the Memphis VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN. The contract is for a base year with four option year periods. Services include travel, labor, materials, tools, documentation, and parts (including glassware components) required for the inspection, calibration, support and repair of the equipment, software, and accessories. Numbered notes 22, 23, and 25 apply to this acquisition.
