- Radiation Therapy Systems, upgrades, and accessories for delivery and installation to one or more VA and/or other Federal Government Agency medical centers. Solicitation issue date will be on or about July 10, 2002; the solicitation will be continuously open for submission for offers. Solicitation will only be available in electronic format; hardship requests for paper copies must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. See Note 12.
