- Description
- Provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, qualified supervision, includes demolition, architectural, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and all appurtenant and incidental work for renovation in 3N BLDG 1 Project No. 523-343 ON-CALL ROOMS, at VA Medical Center, 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132. On-Call Space Renovations work includes general demolition and renovations, relocation and/or replacement of existing power, new doors and frames, electrical fixtures and wiring, demolition of existing cold room including compressor and refrigerant, demolition of existing walls, ceiling, tracks, ductwork, controls, building of new walls, installation of doors, frames, builder?s hardware, furnish and install new plumbing including vents, waste pipe, waste riser pipes, hot, cold, hot water recirculation piping, sinks, showers, toilets, valves, furnish and install VCT and cove base and all appurtenant and incidental work for a complete project all in accordance with the plans and specifications. NAICS code is 233320. This procurement is solicited as a competitive HUBZONE set-aside. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
