- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required replace skylights in CG Club at Coast Guard MSO Cleveland, OH. Major work items include the following items: remove all eleven window units currently used as skylights. Remove window framing and aluminum siding and window trim. Remove carpenter shop exterior steel double door and frame. Provide, fabricate and install a new-sloped glazing system to replace the eleven widow units. Provide and install new curb to support the new sloped glazing system. Provide and install new framing and gypsum board. Paint new trim and gypsum board. Provide and install new vinyl siding and accessories for the installation of new sloped glazing system. Provide and install new replacement double doors, frame and new hardware. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1751/NAICS 235510. Completion time is 84 DANTP. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency.
