Description: Change the ouside dimension of the concrete support wall from 25'-4' x 25'-4' to 25'-4" x 25'-4" (4 should reference inches, not feet). Additionally, the condensing unit is to be installed on the roof of the cooler, not the roof of the metal building. No other changes necessary, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.
