- Description
- This project consists of the recondition of 7.5 miles of roadway, pull ditches, clean all pipe inlet basins, prepare roadbed for placement of 4 to 6 inches of 3/4 inch crushed aggregate. Install new C.M.P.s and place aggregate where indicated. The project is located from Nevada City, CA., East on Highway 20 for 12 miles to the left turn towards the town of Washington. Go through town, cross the river, take the first left turn after the river then go 0.5 miles to a left turn onto Relief Hill Road. This projects begins at the end of the chip seal at the Road 36 sign. Price range $250,000 to $500,000. Estimated start work date 8/19/02, contract time 77 days. Estimated solicitation issue date 7/8/02. 20% bid, 100% performance and 100% payment bonds required.
